Meditation is a systematic technique for reaching higher states of
consciousness, allowing intention and focus to deeper levels. There are no right or wrong ways to meditate and although its nice to have candles and a sacred space to relax, once you are able to learn with practice the only tool you need is ‘your mind’. Meditation can be done anywhere at anytime, there are many different guided meditations or lovely music, which can help you clear your mind from the busyness which is going on within it. A lot of people find it hard to relax and have stress created within their minds, the world is in chaos but your mind doesn’t have to be. Meditation will assist to remove all those busy thoughts. In learning how to relax and meditate you become more peaceful, and when normally you would be in chaos you learn the techniques to choose peace, in turn radiating peace upon others. Meditation can be used for many purposes depending on your intention and focus. If you wished to meet your spirit guide you can through meditation, if you chose to, focus on a question you would be given the answer which would most serve you’re higher purpose. Some say they have no time for this and to set aside some time each day is not possible. I would have to respond to this saying” if one was willing to set aside this time, one would find more time and achieve more than if one didn’t. In meditation you can create and manifest your dreams and desires and reach your full potentional. You can heal any past pains or hurts and transform them into love and light. Meditation nurtures your soul essence and allows you to be who you are without outside interference and confusion. Meditation is much like prayer and connection with the rest of creation; once you find you and inner peace then you are able to be a light to others. Meditation can lift years of aging off your life and rejuvenate your mind body and spirit~ Here is a basic meditation which is a good start ~
As you continue to breathe in and out, there are many ways to enjoy meditating. You can use a guided meditation in which you hold a specific image of your guides and angels, or just a prayer in mind. Begin with the basic meditation steps, then: Visualise the top of your head opening like a sky dome or the petals of a flower. Picture a beautiful cloud above your head. See it brightly illuminated in your favourite colour. This cloud is the infinite wisdom and the all encompassing love of the Divine Creator. Ask the cloud to enter the top of your head Continue to take deep breaths, and see the cloud being drawn into your entire body with each breath you take. See your self filled with and surrounded by this beautifully coloured cloud. Know that during the hours that follow, you only need to think of this colour, and you will instantly have access to any answers or information you need .Your thought of this colour will remind you that you are completely loved and cared for. Allow yourself to relax and enjoy the moment, knowing that during the day the infinite intelligence and love within will always guide you. You can let go of any concerns about your upcoming day because you trust this wisdom to guide you in every way. Ask your inner guide to help you stay centred in thoughts of divine love and intelligence throughout the day. Release this request on full faith, reassured that you are truly loved and fully supported. My services include helping you to learn the art of meditation’ removing the blocks and barriers that prevent you from relaxing, to find peace within, a stress free mind set and transformation.
He who meditates radiates, in truth and light ~ The ending of sorrow is the beginning of wisdom. Knowledge is always within the shadow of ignorance.
